Scrape Google Search Results

Run a Google query and get a row per result — title, URL, and snippet — instead of copying links out of a browser tab.

What it does

• Takes a search query and returns the organic results as rows
• Supports Google’s own operators — site:, intitle:, inurl:, quoted phrases
• Result count is yours to set, so a query can be a spot check or a full sweep

The web is the widest lead source there is, and a well-built operator query is a list nobody else has. site:linkedin.com/in "head of revops" "fintech" is a prospect list. intitle:"top 10" "CRM for agencies" is a list of publishers to pitch.

How to use it

1. Open the table and click Table → Import → Scrape Google Search Results
2. Enter the query, operators and all
3. Set how many results you want back
4. Run it, map title / URL / snippet to columns, and click Create Rows

Common use cases

• Sweep a directory or a listicle. One site: query returns the whole roster of a niche directory.
• Find who writes about your category. Publishers, roundups and comparison posts you could be included in.
• Track competitor mentions. A quoted brand name plus a date filter is a mention feed.
• Build a domain list to enrich. Results give you URLs; Enrich Organization turns those into companies.

Best practices

• Write the query in a browser first and confirm it returns what you expect before spending a run on it
• Prefer several narrow operator queries over one broad keyword — broad queries return brand pages and noise
• Keep the snippet column; it is often the only context that makes a result worth pursuing
• Dedupe on domain — one company can occupy several results
• Strip aggregator and marketplace domains before enriching, unless they are the target
• Re-run a saved query on a schedule rather than trying to capture everything in one pass
