Search

Search finds a value across your table and shows only the rows that contain it.

What it does

  • Matches text in any visible column
  • Narrows the view to matching rows and updates the toolbar row count
  • Clears in one click — no data changes

  1. Click Search in the table toolbar
  2. Type the value — a name, domain, email, or any cell text
  3. Clear the box to return to the full view

When to use it

  • Spot-check enrichment. Search a company you know well and confirm the enriched output looks right before running the column on 5,000 rows.
  • Answer a question fast. Someone replies to a campaign — search their domain to pull up their row and its research columns.
  • Check for duplicates. Search a domain that appears twice. For a table-wide sweep, use Dedupe instead.

Search vs Filter

UseWhen
SearchYou know the value and want the row now
FilterYou want every row meeting a condition, to act on as a set

Where to next

  • Filter — build a working set instead of a lookup
  • Dedupe — remove repeated rows properly
