Features

The building blocks. Everything else in SyncGTM — every enrichment, every integration, every workflow — is assembled from the pages below.

Read them in order the first time. Each one is the prerequisite for the next.

In build order

#PageWhat it covers
1WorkspaceWhere tables, team, and settings live
2TableRows, columns, views, dynamic variables, and how data flows
3ActionsAdd an action column, run it manually, on a schedule, or conditionally
4Import ActionsGet leads in — CSV, CRM, databases, webhooks
5Web ScrapersCreate rows from sites, directories, social platforms, and maps
6Export ActionsPush results out to a CRM, a sequencer, or a file
7AI AgentsResearch agents that read pages, summarize, compare, and score
8Webhooks and HTTPTrigger a table from outside, or call any API from inside one
9API KeyManaged keys, or bring your own to skip credit charges
10CreditsWhat each run costs, and how to sequence cheap → expensive

Rows in, columns filled

Two of these do different jobs that are easy to confuse:

  • Import Actions and Web Scrapers create rows. They are how leads and accounts arrive in a table.
  • Actions fill columns on rows that already exist. That is what enrichment is.

Get that distinction right and the rest of the product follows.

Where to next

  • Sync Agent — describe a workflow in plain English and it sets up the columns and actions above for you
  • Enrichments — what you can fill in, and what it costs
  • Integrations — connect your CRM, sequencer, workspace, and AI providers
  • Templates — clone a table that already works instead of building from empty
  • Courses — put the blocks together into a working workflow
