AI for RevOps
Reps want Sync GTM in their AI client. Whoever owns the account wants that to happen without an unbounded credit bill or a shared key in a Slack thread.
This course is the operator’s side: standardize the setup, set budgets that hold, and run the heavy recurring jobs centrally instead of letting fifteen people run them by hand.
About this course
Seven lessons in three blocks: rollout (why you own it, and how to set a team up once), the three central jobs (scoring, triage, digest), and the audit loop that tells you what was spent on what.
The three central jobs are where the credits go. Read lessons 04–06 before running them — each states its volume assumption, and each is designed around a gate that keeps the cost from scaling with the input rather than with the output.
Who it is for. Whoever owns the workspace, the budget, or both. RevOps, sales ops, or the founder who is currently all three.
What it costs. Around 700 credits for the full course, dominated by lessons 04–06 at realistic volumes. Every other lesson is free.

Audit
Note the shape of lesson 04: the gate before find_people_within_company is the whole point. Scoring accounts first and finding people only at survivors is what keeps a 50-account run at ~250 credits instead of several times that.
What you will have built
An operating model rather than a workflow:
- A standard install your team follows without a one-to-one walkthrough
- A per-person budget and a signal that tells you when a run went wrong
- Three scheduled central jobs — scoring, triage, digest — each with a gate in it
- An audit view attributing spend, so the next guardrail is set from evidence
Before you start
- AI for Sales Reps. This course assumes you have run the rep-side workflows yourself; you cannot set guardrails on work you have not done.
- Admin access to your Sync GTM workspace.
- A credit balance that can absorb lessons 04–06 at the stated volumes, or a decision to run them at a smaller volume first. Each lesson says how.
Where unmanaged rollouts go wrong
Three failures repeat, and all three are cheap to prevent and expensive to discover late:
- The unbounded loop. A rep asks a client to “enrich everyone in this list” against a 4,000-row paste. Prevention is a stated volume in the prompt and a budget check before the call.
- The expensive twin. Several tools return overlapping data at very different prices. A client with no guidance picks by name similarity, not cost.
- The shared key. One credential in a shared channel means no attribution and no revocation path.
