What it does

Generate prospect-specific copy, create visual assets, run GPT-powered research queries, and edit images — all triggered from your GTM workflows.

OpenAI is a SyncGTM native integration — it runs on SyncGTM credits, so there is no external OpenAI account or API key to connect.

Adding the integration creates an Action column. It behaves like any other Action column — same dynamic variables, same Auto Run triggers, same per-row test before you run the whole column.

Available actions

ActionWhat it does
OpenAI Image GenerationGenerate high-quality images from natural language prompts using DALL·E.
OpenAI Chat CompletionGet conversational responses from GPT models for questions, summaries, or assistance.
OpenAI Web SearchUse AI to search the web for current, relevant answers powered by integrated tools.
OpenAI Edit ImageEdit or inpaint images using AI by describing changes through text input.

Each action is its own column. Pick the one you need when you add the integration — you can add more than one from the same integration to a table.

Setup

  1. Click Add Action in the top right of your table and open the Integrations tab.
  2. Select OpenAI, then choose the action you want the column to run.
  3. Map the required inputs to your existing columns using dynamic variables.
  4. Choose whether to Auto Run the action. If you do, pick the trigger column that fires it.
  5. Test on the first row with the play button.
  6. Run the whole column from the ▶️ in the column header.
