Sort

Sort orders the rows in your current view by the values in a column.

What it does

  • Orders rows ascending or descending by a chosen column
  • Applies to the view only — no data moves and no action re-runs
  • Stacks with Filter and Search

How to sort

  1. Click Sort in the table toolbar
  2. Choose the column to sort by
  3. Choose the direction — ascending or descending
  4. Add another rule if you need a tiebreaker

Remove a rule to go back to the table’s own row order.

What to sort by

  • Revenue, headcount, or funding — work the biggest accounts first
  • A score column written by an AI agent — review the highest fit first
  • An email or phone column — blanks group together, so you can see exactly which rows still need enrichment
  • A signal date — most recent trigger at the top, which is where reply rates live

Sort before you export

Exports follow what you see. Sort by your score column, filter to the rows above your bar, then run an export action so only qualified leads reach your sequencer.
