Company Enrichment

Company enrichment fills in what you are missing about an account. It runs on a row that already identifies a company — usually a website domain or a LinkedIn company page.

Like every enrichment, it is an Action column that reads an existing column and writes its own.

Which identifier you have decides the cost

There are three ways to enrich a company profile, and they are not priced the same.

InputEnrichmentWhat you getRelative cost
LinkedIn company pageEnrich LinkedIn PageDescription, specialties, employee countCheapest company enrichment
Website domainEnrich OrganizationFull firmographics — industry, size, funding, technologiesMore than the LinkedIn page
LinkedIn company pagePremium LinkedIn Page InsightsGrowth trends, hiring patterns, employee distributionMost detailed and most expensive

If a cheap page enrichment answers your question, stop there. Only reach for firmographics when you need funding, industry, or revenue-band filtering, and only reach for premium insights when the account is already qualified.

These are relative bands, not prices. The exact credit cost of every action is shown in the action setup before you run it. See Credits.

What else you can pull

All of these take a domain or a LinkedIn page and write one column.

EnrichmentWhat it returnsRelative cost
Tech StackThe technologies a company runs, from its domainLow
Website TrafficTraffic volume for a domain — the cheapest traffic optionLow
Product LaunchesRecent official product and feature launches, with dates and summariesLow
Headcount by DepartmentTotal headcount, or headcount for one department such as Engineering or SalesMedium
Headcount Growth RateHow headcount moved over time, as a trend rather than a snapshotMedium
SEO and Audience DepthOrganic keywords and backlinks, or visits, engagement, traffic sources, and competitorsMedium
Job Openings Growth RateWhether open roles are trending up or down over timeHigh

Two pairs are easy to confuse:

  • Headcount by department is a snapshot; headcount growth rate is a trend. Use the snapshot to size a team, the trend to spot expansion
  • Website traffic is the cheap, provider-agnostic number. Only go to the SEO or audience tools when you need keywords, backlinks, or competitor comparison

Hiring data

Job listings tell you what an account is investing in. Three options, and the input you have decides which one you can use.

  • Market-wide search — search jobs across all companies by keyword and location. Cheapest job option, and the one to use when you are sourcing rather than enriching a known account
  • Listings for one company — takes a company name or domain. Does not accept a LinkedIn URL
  • Openings for one company — the only job action that accepts a company LinkedIn URL, and the most expensive of the three

Filter by job title and location on all of them so you pay for the roles that matter, not every open req.

Keep company enrichment cheap

  1. Enrich the LinkedIn page first — it is the cheapest way to confirm the company is real and roughly the right size
  2. Filter the table on employee count or description before spending anything else
  3. Add firmographics by domain only for the rows that survived, when you need industry, funding, or technologies
  4. Layer specifics — tech stack, traffic, headcount, hiring — one column at a time, each on a narrower set of rows
  5. Save premium page insights for the shortlist you are actually going to work

Use Auto Run trigger columns so each step fires only on rows the previous step filled.
