Usage and Billing

Credits

We convert the subscriptions to credits to make it easier to track usage. Every action runs using different credits. Please check the Credits page.

Topping Up Credits

Run out before your cycle renews? Top up without changing your plan.

app.syncgtm.com/subscription →

Additional credits are added to your current balance and are spent exactly like your plan’s monthly credits — same actions, same rates.

Tracking Credit Usage

The usage dashboard shows three numbers at the top:

NumberWhat it means
BalanceCredits left across your plan allowance and any top-ups
Spent in rangeCredits consumed inside the date range you selected
EventsHow many charged actions ran in that range

Filtering what you see

  • Date rangeToday, Yesterday, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or Custom for your own start and end dates.
  • Members — the All members dropdown narrows spend to a single workspace member, so you can see who ran what.
  • App vs MCP — the toggle on the Credit history panel splits spend by where it came from: App for enrichments run inside a table, MCP for calls made by an AI agent through the MCP server.

What each row tells you

Credit history is per event, not per day. Each row records the action that ran, the data point it returned — work email, mobile number, company techstack, and so on — which member or MCP client triggered it, when it ran, and what it cost. That is how you trace a drop in balance back to a single column or a single agent run.

Export CSV downloads the rows currently in range for finance or your own analysis.

For a deeper breakdown by action, table, and workspace, see Credit Usage.

Monthly and Account Limits

Separate from credits, some capabilities are metered as limits rather than charged per run:

  • Monthly limits reset with your billing cycle — the panel shows how long until the reset. These cover HTTP Requests, Webhooks, and Find People/Company lookups.
  • Account limits apply for the life of the account, not the month. BYO API Keys — the number of your own provider keys you can connect — sits here.

Each one shows used against your plan’s ceiling.

Redeeming a Coupon

Picked up a code at an event or a webinar? Enter it under Redeem Coupon and click Redeem. The credits land in your balance immediately and spend like any other credit.

Common Issues

IssueWhat is happeningWhat to do
Credits from an MCP run are not showing yetMCP usage takes a moment longer to reach the dashboard than in-app runsGive it a minute or two, then refresh. Switch the Credit history panel to MCP to confirm
Not sure what an agent just spentThe agent knows its own run better than the dashboard doesAsk your AI agent how many credits it used — it can also call check_credits, which is free, to read the live balance
Credit history is emptyNo charged actions ran inside the selected date rangeWiden the range, or check you have not filtered to a single member
Balance dropped faster than expectedUsually one column, not the whole build — waterfalls, auto-run, or auto-refreshing columnsSort by spend in Credit Usage and trace the top action back to its table
A limit reads as used upThat capability is metered monthly, not charged in creditsWait for the cycle reset shown on the panel, or upgrade the plan — topping up credits does not raise it
