Organization
Settings → Workspace Settings → Organization is your company’s record inside Sync GTM. It sits above workspaces: your plan, credit balance, and invoices all belong to the organization, not to a single table.
What it holds
- Organization name — shown on invoices
- Company details used across the account
- The people who have access, and what they can do
How to update it
- Open Settings from your avatar in the top-right
- Under Workspace Settings, click Organization
- Edit the details
- Save
Organization vs Workspace

Credits are tied to the organization, so they are shared across every workspace in it — a heavy auto-run table in one workspace draws from the same balance as everything else.
