Workspace controls

Features covers what goes inside a table — columns, actions, enrichments, exports.

This section covers everything around it: the toolbar above your rows, the table menu behind the ⚙️ icon, and the settings that apply to your whole account.

Table toolbar

The bar above your rows controls what you see and how the table runs.

  • Views and Columns — switch views, hide columns, check the row count
  • Sort — order rows by any column
  • Filter — narrow rows to the ones you want to work on
  • Search — find a value anywhere in the table
  • Sync Agent — the AI assistant that builds and edits your workflow
  • Auto-run — run action columns automatically as rows fill in

Table menu

The ⚙️ icon in the top-right opens table-wide tools.

  • Auto Update Columns — see which columns re-run on their own
  • Dedupe — remove duplicate rows before you spend credits on them
  • Auto Delete Old Rows — drop the oldest rows when the table hits its limit (Pro plans and above)
  • Webhooks — see the endpoints pushing data into this table
  • Share as Template — package the workflow for someone else to import

Settings

Common use cases

  • Make a 20-column sourcing table readable again with views and hidden columns
  • Work a subset — filter to the rows you want, select them, run one action
  • Remove duplicates before they cost you twice
  • Find the column quietly draining your credit balance
  • Hand a table or workspace over to a teammate or an agency
  • Package a workflow that works so someone else can run it

Best practices

  • Filter before you run anything paid — it is the cheapest saving in the product
  • Save the layout you keep rebuilding as a view instead of rebuilding it
  • Dedupe after every import, before any enrichment
  • Read the Est. per lead figure before turning Auto-run on
  • Audit auto update columns monthly — they charge again every time they fire
  • Keep API keys and webhook URLs out of shared docs and published templates
