Workspace Settings
A workspace holds your table, its actions, and its data — see Workspaces for how to create one. This screen is where you manage an existing workspace after it is running.
What you can do
- Rename the workspace
- Review what it contains before handing it over or archiving it
- Delete a workspace you no longer need
How to open it
- Open Settings from your avatar in the top-right
- Under Workspace Settings, click Workspace Settings
Naming that scales
Once you run more than three workspaces, names are your only navigation.
- Name by motion, not by date — “Local business outbound”, not “New table 4”
- Keep test workspaces obviously disposable — prefix them with
TEST - Match the workspace name to the template it was built from, so the two stay traceable
Deleting a workspace removes its table and data. Export anything you want to keep first — credits already spent on those rows are not refunded.
