Knowledge Base
An AI column knows the row in front of it. It does not know what you sell, who you sell to, or how you talk.
The Knowledge Base is where you store that context once, so AI actions and Sync Agent reuse it instead of you pasting it into every prompt.
What to put in it
- What you sell — product, category, the problem it removes
- Who you sell to — ICP, company size, industries, the titles you target
- Why you win — the two or three differentiators you want appearing in outreach
- Proof — customers, results, case studies worth quoting
- Tone — how your emails should read, and the words that are off-limits
How to set it up
- Open Settings from your avatar in the top-right
- Under Workspace Settings, click Knowledge Base
- Add your company and product context
- Save, then re-run one AI column and compare the output
Write it for a machine, not a brochure
- Be specific. “We cut SDR research time from 20 minutes to 2 per account” beats “we boost productivity.”
- Say what you are not. Exclusions stop the model inventing use cases you do not serve.
- Keep it current. Stale positioning propagates into every email you send at scale.
- Short and factual. Bullets over paragraphs — the model is filling in gaps, not reading marketing copy.
Context here removes prompt bloat everywhere else. A prompt that no longer has to explain your product can spend its instructions on the row instead — which is where personalization actually comes from.
Further automation
- Pair it with an AI web research agent so every email joins their signal to your differentiator
- Combine with the MCP server to keep your AI client writing in the same voice outside the app
- Update it after every positioning change, then re-run your copy columns
Where to next
- AI Agents — the actions that read this context
- Sync Agent — the in-table assistant
- Prompting guide — writing instructions that get used
